To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Where do I find my order number?
Please use the order number that can be found on your order email confirmation. If you are unable to locate your order number, please reach out to us at: info@cherry-angel.com.
Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?
A small label fee will be deducted from the total of your refund.
If you are using your own shipping label, please let us know and we will waive the return label fee for you. We recommend that you send your package with tracking included to avoid lost returns.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like intimates, swimwear and glasses. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Additionally, we do not accept returns on gift cards
Damages & Issues
If the item you receive is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item please contact us at your earliest convenience at: info@cherry-angel.com. We will evaluate the issue and offer you a solution within 72 hrs.
